Terms and conditions
By accepting rented items customer agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this rental contract. Customer acknowledges that s/he has recieved in good order all rented items and other goods listed on the contract.
Customer assumes full responsibibilty for all rented item, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenience, and return to Xtreme Party Hire. Customer is responsible for all loss, damage, or repair.
Xtreme Party Hire, makes no warranties of merchant ability or fitness for particular purpose, or any warranties, expressed or implied.
This rental contract forms the soul agreement between the customer and Xtreme Party Hire. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Xtreme Party Hire harmless for any claims from customers use or misuse , including any third parties for loss, Injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the customers negligence or operation including legal cost incurred in defence of such claims.
Operators should read all warnings and instructions (safety instructions).
Retaking of equipment: If customer to returns all returned items upon agreed time, customer agrees to pay for all additional charges. if customer refuses to return the customer agrees that Xtreme Party Hire and its agents may take all reasonable actions neccessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process.
Customer acknowledges the possibilty of injury and will provide adult supervison at all times according to the rules given to the rental party prior to the event, written instructions or verbal.
Attorny fees: Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorny fees and court costs incurred by Xtreme Party Hire in inforcing these terms and conditions.
20% Surcharge for all hires on public holidays
No refund will be given within 7 days of hire date
Deposit is fully refundable for castles due to wet / rain conditions
15% Surcharge for 12:00AM - 6:00AM on hire of limousine

Proceeding with a booking you must accept all these terms and conditions and are responsible for all passengers following these terms & conditions. Fail to abide will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
Cancellation Policy
A refund of 60% of a deposit is paid if the cancellation is before the 30 days of the event. The full amount booking is charged if the cancellation is within 30 days of the events.
No-Show Policy
The full amount will be charged if customer is not present at the place and the agreed time.
Extended Use
The customer should try to maintain the time frame for which the vehicles are reserved. We shall try to accomodate the request for extention of time, at an extra cost that will be charged in 1/2 hour lot as per standard hiring charges.
Breakdown
In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle prior to the date of the journey, every effort shall be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle/s at the Xtreme Party Hire's discretion. If this is not acceptable to the hirer a refund will be made of money paid. If the vehicle breaks down during the journey or en-route to the customer, the chauffeur will try to make alternative arrangements. Refund may be made for the uncompleted portion of the trip only.
Inclement Weather & Traffic Jams
All effort shall be made to dispatch the vehicles sufficiently in advance & to get you to your destination on time but we cannot be held responsible for bad weather conditions, traffic jams or road works.
Alternative Vehicle Policy
All efforts shall be made by Xtreme Party Hire to provide the Vehicle/s reserved by the hirer. No claims for the Liquidated Damages, Consequential Losses or for any other nature shall be admissible.
Safety
Seat belts must be worn at all times. This is the responsibilty of each passenger and any fine incurred will be paid by the offending passenger. Objects and/or body parts must remain within the limousine at all times. Continuation of the service will be at the driver's discretion.
Misbehavior
The chauffeur has the right to stop the car and ask any persons to leave if they mistreat the vehicle in any way. No one is permitted to hang or shout abuse out of the vehicle or windows. Abusive, aggresive or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated and continuation of the service will be at the drivers discretion. Drug use is not permitted in any of our vehicles and is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the offending passenger.
The Client accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by a member of the travelling party. Drivers are under strict instruction to stop and not proceed if they believe any person is not in a fit state to travel, (inclusive of unruly behavior and any mess made). Cost to clean & sanitise the vehicle starts at $350.00 and goes up depending upon the extent of the problem. Plus the costs of any work the vehicle is unable to attend.
Costs will be charged as cash payment at the time.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted at any time.
Fast Food Items
Fast food meals may not be eaten unless authorised by driver..
Price Adjustment Policy
Once a booking is made and confirmed with a deposit paid, the price quoted to the client will not be subject to alteration unless there is any deviation from details of the bookings or any unforeseen circumstances which warrants price revision
Lost & Found
We shall try to deliver any items left in the vehicle back to the client at the clients expence or they may be collected from our office. We cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicles during or after hire.
Term and Condition Changes
Xtreme Party Hire reserve the right to change these conditions without notice.
